Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During limited drops or high-demand releases, processing times may extend slightly. If there is a delay, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Scramblers Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.


International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within the United States.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • Print-on-demand → increase processing window

  • Holding inventory → 1–2 business days is stronger

The tighter and more reliable your shipping timeline, the better your conversion rate.
